Individual Coaching

You may find yourself at a point in your career or life where confidential, individualized one-on-one coaching could be helpful to build strategies, skills and competencies in increase the perception of those who manage you, the colleagues that collaborate with you and those that provide feedback on your potential for growth, development, promotion and leadership.

It can be useful to objectively and confidentially explore alternative approaches, strategies, plans, behaviors and actions before implementation and execution. Coaching can provide opportunities to role-play, objectively test alternative communication approaches, reach outside of your comfort zone to try new behaviors and develop a plan to achieve the results you are seeking.

Some clients have had managers that are uncomfortable with having those crucial conversations which can be great opportunities for development. Many companies utilize 360 feedback for performance evaluation. Although this can be uncomfortable for some, it highlights areas of strength and areas that need attention, fine-tuning and change and can lead to breakthrough performance and changed perceptions. There may be identified areas that call for your own confidence building - your skills are strong, the perception is strong but you are not yet comfortable in the role, responsibility or title.
