I have spent over 25 years successfully collaborating with and helping thousands of individuals find work and working environments that bring meaning, professional growth, challenge and satisfaction to their lives. My background includes serving as Vice President of Career Services for Right Management Consultants and Director of Career Services for Kaiser Permanente California. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Wake Forest University.

My approach is holistic. I incorporate a historical perspective, building on where a client has been and where they aspire to be. Knowing most of our waking hours are spent working, I diligently try to balance business interests, knowledge, education, financial needs and personal priorities. I am a supportive, strategic consulting partner and coach who help clients address hard issues, emotional barriers, and critical conversations associated with career and work to achieve
their goals and objectives.
